Ramesh has been responsible for building a2HR as an organisation. He brings in 25 years of industry experience and has worked in key roles in large organisations like IBM & Wipro. His knowledge of IT industry, his experience in Sales & marketing, his track record in Business management in large organisations bring in tremendous value to team a2HR.
Ramesh holds an engineering degree and a post graduate degree in Business management.
Ramesh gives business direction to a2HR, manages Business operations of a2HR and business results.

Prasad's experience in building and managing large businesses & clients is extensive as his professional history across 25 years in Birlasoft, Pentasoft, IBM and DCM reflects. He is the Global CEO of Attra, a global, successful, niche IT solutions company (www.attra.com.au), Under his leadership, Attra has transformed Attra from an Australian financial services consultancy firm in the domestic market into a consumer financial services company in the European, Asian, Middle Eastern and Australian markets.
Prasad's experience in building businesses from scratch, relentless focus on business results, his ability to articulate & execute a vision, his commitment to clients and his informal nature of functioning adds tremendous value to the young minds at a2HR, while being a driving force for the board.

Anil has over 25 years of experience in the IT and financial services industry. Based out of Melbourne, Australia, Anil is the founder of Attra, a very successful Technology solutions company.
Being truly a global professional (born in Sri Lanka, studied in UK and a citizen of Australia, worked in the sub continent, Middle East and Europe), Anil brings the international best practices to Team a2HR.

Anirudh's professional experience is in marketing & sales and spans the course of 20+ years across Netpro, Megasoft, Oracle, Datapro and DCM. He has setup IT businesses and operations in Europe and Asia. He has been involved in contract negotiations and sales with defense
Anirudh holds an engineering degree and a post graduate diploma in Foreign Trade Management and is currently working as Sr.Vice President in Attra Infotech, a Global technology consulting company.
He helps a2HR in all its technology initiatives as well as being involved in guiding a2HR team in understanding client requirements and environment.
